Overnight Oats

Prep the night before, grab from the fridge in the morning. The easiest healthy breakfast you'll ever make.

Ingredients

For 1 servings

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 150ml milk (any kind)
  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, granola, or nut butter

Instructions

    Add the oats, milk, yoghurt, honey, and chia seeds to a jar or container. Stir well.

    Pop the lid on and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

    In the morning, give it a stir. Add a splash more milk if it's too thick.

    Top with fresh fruit, nuts, granola, or whatever you fancy.
